Lebenslauf

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Zäh, geb. 1963, ist seit 2002 Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Werkzeugmaschinen und Fertigungstechnik der Technischen Universität München. Nach dem Studium des Allgemeinen Maschinenbaus promovierte er bei Prof. Dr.-Ing. Joachim Milberg. Von 1996 bis 2002 war er bei einem Werkzeugmaschinenhersteller in mehreren Funktionen tätig, zuletzt als Mitglied der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung.
